He was willing to walk out to the unit that I had ask about and describe every aspect. We bought it sight unseen and could not have been more pleased with the entire staff from start to finish!!! This place is the absolute best. World class service, lowest prices anywhere. Didn't even have to haggle, at all, which I don't enjoy. Easiest process ever. I am a first time buyer and drove away with a 34' 5th wheel feeling totally comfortable. They installed the hitch on my truck while a separate person took me through the unit from top to bottom. Financing was arranged prior to arrival. They are available for help once you leave and make you feel welcome. - Anonymous
